Accommodation and Rates

• All apartment rates are quoted in NZ Dollars included GST (Goods and services tax) of 12.5 %
• Strictly we do not allow pets
• One vehicle per reservation
• The apartment and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
• All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for.
• The Occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other Occupants.
• We do not cater for parties.
• Apartments not claimed by 8.00pm on the night of arrival, will be re-let without further reference excepting where prior advice has been given.
• No Refund for Early Departures.
• Our apartments are fully equipped with electricity, duvets, pillows, beds linen, kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator, with Tea, coffee and milk supplied.
• The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the management's prior permission. Failure to do so may void your booking, and a deposit of 10% is non refundable.
• Staff of the apartment may visit when required.
• All rooms are smoke free.


Extra person

• An extra person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed, at an extra cost, as quoted at time of booking confirmation. Please enquire regarding availability and costs at the time of making your request.


Child policy

• Children under the age of 2 years old or less are free of charge when using existing bedding.
• Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged for at the extra person rate.
• No minor may occupy premises unless accompanied by an adult.


Deposits and payments

• To secure a booking a deposit of 10 % of the total cost of the stay is required at the time of reservation confirmation. You can supply us with your credit card details on phone or fax these details. This is a non refundable deposit.
• The remaining balance is paid at the time of arrival. Upon Check-in, Cash, Visa, MasterCard will be accepted. No Personal Checks Are Accepted at the Time of Check-in.
• $10.00 Key Deposit is required upon Arrival.


Check in and Check out

• Check in time is at 2.00pm
• Check out time is 10.00am
• Any room required prior or after these times, will be subject to availability. Please enquire at time of request


Late arrivals

• If arriving after 6.00pm in the evening please phone ahead and inform your estimated time of arrival.
